The Inferno Spirit is a flexible multi-role Minion.  It can either assist a Gladiator, enhancing their Attack, or it can Attack on its own, dealing damage itself (at a cost).

Since it can use it’s first ability from anywhere, it’s a good idea to leave it in the Support Field, ready to boost one of your Gladiator’s Attacks when needed.  It’s also a good idea to wait until the last moment to use the ability, in case your opponent does something to interfere with your Attack.

For its cost, it’s not a bad Attacker, either.  Sending it to the Action Field and declaring an Attack, again it’s a good idea to wait to use it’s second ability until the last moment.  Once you do, increasing it’s Attack by 1 or 2 is a great way to spend your Resources when you only have a bit left to spend.
